Balmain

Balmain - don't know anything about this one, we presume it is Australian - the radiator looks like it is from a Model T Ford. It could be to individualise your Model T Ford, like EW Brown of Melbourne, Victoria did with Palm, Renown, Spark and Pine (see separate posts).
