It qualifies as Australian if one or more components - body/engine/chassis were either prototype, designed, built, assembled, manufactured or made for use, only in Australia, (we also adopted a few New Zealand cars as Australian!). Justyna Alpha (kit car)

Justyna Alpha Design and Engineering Company was Andrew Justyna who made the 1962-1964 Ferrari 250 GTO lookalike kit cars in Melbourne, Victoria (under a USA licence from Alpha Design & Engineering) and to Australian standards in 1987.
