It qualifies as Australian if one or more components - body/engine/chassis were either prototype, designed, built, assembled, manufactured or made for use, only in Australia, (we also adopted a few New Zealand cars as Australian!). Healing

(Alfred George) Healing was a major motorcycle maker in Melbourne, Victoria from 1920's until the 1930's.

Healing also manufactured shock-absorbers for Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge cars; Ford cars and trucks.
