Kenworth is an American (USA) company started in 1923 by Harry Kent and Edgar Worthington, initially they were imported into Australia from 1960 and in 1970 a factory was built in Bayswater, Victoria. Australian designed and built Kenworth trucks include the W900SAR (1975); T650 (1987); C540 (2007); T610 (2016).
