It qualifies as Australian if one or more components - body/engine/chassis were either prototype, designed, built, assembled, manufactured or made for use, only in Australia, (we also adopted a few New Zealand cars as Australian!). Hannan was an electric automobile listed in South Australian Motor Cars 1881...1942 by George Brooks and Ivan Hoffmann as being first registered in 1927, in Adelaide, South Australia and shows images of the vehicle.
