It qualifies as Australian if one or more components - body/engine/chassis were either prototype, designed, built, assembled, manufactured or made for use, only in Australia, (we also adopted a few New Zealand cars as Australian!). Barossa Pride

Barossa Pride was the second car built by GC Kaesler of Nuriootpa, South Australia in 1919 (also see Blumfield post) as well as a model size car (Barossa Pride Junior) in 1921 for his children. "Pop Kaesler" was an innovator and built other things as well including in 1929 a motor caravan and a second motor caravan in 1931.
