It qualifies as Australian if one or more components - body/engine/chassis were either prototype, designed, built, assembled, manufactured or made for use, only in Australia, (we also adopted a few New Zealand cars as Australian!). Paige

This Paige (a USA marque) was special, built in 1920, and its Australian connection is that it set a new record in 1925 going from Brisbane, Queensland to Adelaide, South Australia.
