Anzac

Anzac was designed by Donald Harkness (engineer & racing car driver) in 1928 and built by D.J. Harkness & Hillier Engineering Works, in Five Docks, Sydney, New South Wales. Norm "Wizard" Smith drove the car and attempted to set a land speed record but failed. Also see Overland post.
