It qualifies as Australian if one or more components - body/engine/chassis were either prototype, designed, built, assembled, manufactured or made for use, only in Australia, (we also adopted a few New Zealand cars as Australian!).

Kelmark (kit car)
Kelmark was an America (USA) kit car from1969 until 1986, but these were the Australian Kelmark GT version made later under licence in Sydney, New South Wales.
