Clisby

Clisby was Harold William Clisby of Adelaide, South Australia who was well known for his engineering and inventions since the 1930's

Clisby produced Australia's first V6 Formula One engine (in an Elfin racing car) in the 1960's; hillclimb special cars: hovercrafts; watch-maker's lathe; model steam trains. Clisby is still known for its air-compressors.
