Wege was Charles Deland and inventor William John Frederick Wege both from South Australia who built these valveless cars from 1920 until 1925. Wege was linked to Moncrieff Engineering Company in Adelaide, South Australia and a Wege was take to England in 1922 to demonstrate the "new" technology.
