It qualifies as Australian if one or more components - body/engine/chassis were either prototype, designed, built, assembled, manufactured or made for use, only in Australia, (we also adopted a few New Zealand cars as Australian!). Fraser (kit car)

Fraser Cars (Australia) Pty Ltd assembled clubman sports cars in Sydney, New South Wales during the 1990's the kit cars having been designed and manufactured by Fraser Cars of Auckland, New Zealand.
