It qualifies as Australian if one or more components - body/engine/chassis were either prototype, designed, built, assembled, manufactured or made for use, only in Australia, (we also adopted a few New Zealand cars as Australian!). West Coast Roadsters (kit car)

West Coast Roadsters were from Perth, Western Australia and were the kit car importer and body builder of the Leitch cars from New Zealand which were kit/replicas of the Super Sprint (Lotus 7); Brabham BT21; and Lotus 23B.
